Philanthropy is within most of us
But for the rest of us
Philanthropy is not present
For the people that are "well-off"
Their presents under the sparkling
Christmas tree smile back at them
Yet the people who do not have a Christmas,
They stare at a dull empty corner
Like a spider's web in the attic
