Philanthropy is within most of us
But for the rest of us
Philanthropy is not present
For the people that are "well-off"
Their presents under the sparkling
Christmas tree smile back at them
Yet the people who do not have a Christmas,
They stare at a dull empty corner
Like a spider's web in the attic

Lyon College
I have lived in Batesville for 5 years now! This photo is of the Lyon College sign in the very front of the campus. Lyon College is a very important part of Batesville, a small town of around 10,000 people in Arkansas. This magnificant college draws people from all over the United States. As you stroll through the hallways you can hear all the pencils scratching the paper as the students jot their notes from their professors. When you walk through the big wooden doors of the buildings you can immediatly sense the knowledge of all the teachers flowing like a mighty flood into the students brain. If you coast on outside you can smell the aroma of the blooming flowers and the rich smell of the food coming from Lyon College's very own cafiteria. One of the many 'hang out' spots of the college is the pond. There are ducks, fish, and a bridge that is often used as a prop for pictures for the students and the locals of Batesville, Arkansas. From the great sounds of roaring cars to the great smells of the nature around the beautiful college, are young people ready to learn to get some knowledge! As far as the eye can see are people going in all differnt directions with their backpacks, instruments, and their daily caffine that you could taste just by looking at it!

Advertisement Analysis
Advertisements always want to sell you something! Dentisticks is said to kill your dogs bad breath. This ad can be explained by tone and purpose.
This advertisement has many possible tones. The two tone words that I am discussing are humorous and joking. This paragraph is humorous because the dog has really big eyes, and he is looking at the bird like he is insane! Staring the bird down, his eyes grew wide. This advertisement is also joking, because the bird is in a cage, and the cage is hung up. The dog cannot reach the bird without standing on something.
No one enjoys the smell of a dog's gross breath! This ad gives us a crazy example of how bad your dog's breath supposedly is. The dog is breathing on the bird, and the bird falls over. They use this because they want to give an example of how you feel when your dog breathes in your face. The bird cage looks as if it has been hung up on a hook. So, the setting can consist of being in a pet store or in a house. It can be in a house or a pet store because that is usually where a dog and a bird are together with a bird in its cage. Killing the bird, the dog breathes on the bird, which causes a sad relationship to form. The dog kills the bird with his breath, so it can be a little awkward if they were friends after the dog kills the bird.
This ad illistrates a dog treat advertisement in a fun and playful way. This ad can reveal to its readers that their dog's breath smells disgusting, and they need their dog treats.

Breaking Dawn Summary
The summary of the book is about how Bella and Edward get married and then she gets pregnant. For the first part of the book, it's talking about their honeymoon and how awful she starts feeling because of her pregnacy. Then the book switches to Jacob and it tells about how anger he feels about the whole thing. After that hte baby is born and he imprints on the baby. Then it's about Bella being a vampire and having super powers.
I'd recommend Savannah Williams because she likes vampire books.
My connection is Bella got married to Edward and Jacob wasn't very happy about it. This can really happen in real life
